Position Summary:

You are a current student or recent graduate who is passionate about marketing with a wide array of skills that are uniquely qualified to manage the planning and implementation of projects, within an allocated portfolio. In this role you will be primarily responsible for planning and scheduling, coordinating multiple departments and delivering amazing projects on time, on budget, and with a happy client and team. The Intern will be assisting with the planning, activation, delivery and reconciliation of client programs.

We are hiring Interns in many of our different departments including: Account Services, Talent/HR, Business Development, Production, and Creative. You will have the opportunity to work in multiple departments during your internship.

The Diamond Internship Program will take place from April 30th – August 24th, 2018.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with a designated team on various marketing campaigns
  • Carry out necessary research on pending campaigns
  • Prepare material for the team (e.g. training manuals, documents, agenda, contracts, etc.)
  • Liaise with vendors on quotes and other necessary information
  • Participate in team meetings, take minutes and circulate to team
  • On-going interdepartmental collaboration throughout the program evolution process, as well as third party vendor & venue liaising. This includes on-going coordination and management of supporting team members leading up to and during program activation.
  • Assist on the evaluation of post-event evaluation process/management identifying key learnings and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners
  • Provide support for program execution, including pre-planning and post-event wrap up
  • Any other duties required by your team
  • Clarity in written and verbal communication in a professional manner
  • Extremely detail oriented, logical, work-oriented and analytical
  • Ability to actively listen and ensure understanding
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure and in a fast paced environment while remaining highly motivated
  • Extremely adept in software applications including MS Office
  • This role does require weekend work and/or off-standard hours of program execution
