You are uniquely qualified to manage the planning and execution details for an Experiential campaign. Your communication skills are stellar, you know how to keep all people involved and informed on timelines and project scope. You manage and develop budgets, schedules, and collaborate will all departments and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. You are a natural born leader with a strong ability to multi-task and act as point of contact for a project internally and externally. You are logical and understand process and procedures and can successfully collect data/metrics and any necessary qualitative details and successes from the activation. Your role is client facing. You have a proven track record of successful activations where you managed every detail. You love people, team management and thrive in a fast pace environment.


  • Work closely with Accounts team/lead on managing and developing campaign documentation for delivery and maintenance such as budgets, tracking documents, reports, work back schedules, etc.
  • Serve as a partner to the project’s Accounts lead and work together to maintaining best in class client service, and campaign solutions.
  • Must have experience and understanding of experiential training and logistics
  • Operate as the point of contact for any and all matters specific to your campaigns during the creative development, production and reconciliation phases of a campaign
  • Must be confident speaking to vendors about large and small scale builds for live activations.
  • Assist on the post-campaign evaluation of KPIS/process/management identifying key learnings and opportunities for improvement.


  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in execution of marketing, digital, live events and communications related activities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in Experiential projects other disciplines such as print, content, digital is a big plus.
  • Clarity in written and verbal communication in a professional manner
  • Extremely detail oriented, logical, work-oriented and analytical
  • Ability to actively listen, ensure understanding, adaptability
  • Ability to work independently, and under pressure in a fast-paced environment while remaining highly motivated
  • Experience managing a project team of +2 people.
  • Extremely adept in software applications including MS Office, with working knowledge of project management software and financial tool
  • Travel will be required / weekend work and/or off-standard hours
