You are uniquely qualified to manage the planning and implementation of integrated projects, this includes but not limited to: Experiential, Content and Digital. You are primarily responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating a project from end to end on time, on budget. You are a project manager that thrives on delivering a product of excellence. You enjoy the process of creation, and have an understanding of +1 disciplines in order to execute flawlessly within an integrated environment. Your communication skills are stellar, you know how to keep all people involved informed on timelines and project scope. You manage and develop budgets, schedules, and collaborate will all departments and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. You are a natural born leader with a strong ability to multi-task and act as point of contact for a project internally and externally. You are logical, and understand process and procedures and can successfully collect data/metrics and any necessary qualitative details and successes from the activation. Your role is client facing. You typically manage 2+ programs at a time with a team or as an individual depending on complexity and timing.


  • Work closely with Accounts team/lead on managing and developing campaign documentation for delivery and maintenance such as budgets, tracking documents, reports, work back schedules, etc.
  • Serve as a partner to the project’s Accounts lead and work together to maintaining best in class client service, and campaign solutions.
  • Must have experience and a technical understanding in integrated campaigns, where you have led more than one discipline such as Experiential, Digital, Content and Print.
  • Operate as the point of contact for any and all matters specific to your campaigns during the creative development, production and reconciliation phases of a campaign
  • On-going interdepartmental collaboration throughout the program evolution process, as well as third party vendor & venue liaising.
  • Assist in the consistent delivery of client communications (either direct to the Client or through the Accounts Team) so as to provide updates on the program, and action plans to enhance or build upon current results.
  • Keep internal stakeholders up to date and on track with agreed to revisions to size and scope of projects
  • Assist on the post-campaign evaluation process/management identifying key learnings and opportunities for improvement.
  • Run scrum meetings for each project and manage QA processes (both internal and client facing)
  • Deliver amazing work but find ways of producing it that do not jeopardize the schedule and budget


  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in execution of marketing, digital, live events and communications related activities
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, management and organizational skills
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in Advertising, preferably with a background managing integrated projects and/or specialty disciplines such as print, content, digital.
  • Clarity in written and verbal communication in a professional manner
  • Extremely detail oriented, logical, work-oriented and analytical
  • Ability to actively listen, ensure understanding, adaptability
  • Ability to work independently, and under pressure in a fast-paced environment while remaining highly motivated
  • Experience managing a project team of +2 people.
  • Extremely adept in software applications including MS Office, with working knowledge of project management software and financial tool
  • Travel will be required / weekend work and/or off-standard hours
