POSITION SUMMARY:

As a member of The Mine, you will help keep multiple projects moving through execution by providing a number of different supporting roles. From the administrative requirements of a project, to delivering the final product you have a line of sight for all projects coming in and out of the Mine.

You are primarily the main point of communication between production and the post team. Main responsibilities include resourcing of the post team, aggregating all assets needed for the post team, enforcing deliverable deadlines, and tracking each job from an administrative standpoint.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES

Resourcing of post production team, including requests for additional freelance support when needed
Administration of job financials and job tracking
Aggregating all assets and delivering to post team
Client communication and job intake
Updating internal resourcing documents
Track and process invoices for freelance support
Tracking timelines to ensure project delivery on time and budget
Keep all producers and EP informed on the day-to-day activity, of any conflicts and delays, to ensure solutions are escalated as soon as possible
Assist producers on production logistics if/when needed
Other duties as assigned

Ability to multi-task and process information efficiently
Assertive and proactive self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate clearly, delegate projects, and manage multiple projects at once

REQUIRED SKILLS

Video production experience, TV production welcomed
Knowledge around social platforms and delivery requirements
