The Warehouse Coordinator is a vital part to warehouse operations. You are responsible for outgoing / incoming shipments, quality assurance checks, facility, inventory and wms maintenance, forklift operations and inspection, scheduling and communication. You are organized and efficient, logical and service oriented. You think critically and adapt quickly to changes. You remain service and team oriented in a fast paced and pressured environment, and have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management. You balance hard labour and admin tasks, and enjoy working to achieve operational excellence. You are eager to learn about supply chain, logistics, facility and inventory management and take the opportunity to learn whenever you can. You aid and assist recruitment of logistics staff and training, and are always practising safety rules and regulations.


  • Inventory maintenance
  • Track and coordinate internal asset inventory
  • Produce reports from wms for operations manager and ops teams
  • Shipping & receiving
  • Communicate shipments and work closely with operations team
  • Outbound shipment: pick, pack, wrap, reduce wms inventory, ship
  • Receive shipments: quality check, count qty’s, allocate, receive in wms, export report
  • Place orders for Warehouse as required – Local couriers, fedex, ups
  • Expedite special/delayed orders
  • Monitor the delivery/return of all assets to our local warehouse.
  • Daily forklift operations, service checks & monthly warehouse inspections supervised by operations manager
  • Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
  • Perform any other duties per managers request.
  • Assist in purging / disposing of damaged or past program assets (lift min 100lbs)


  • Forklift certification a MUST
  • G2 driver’s license a must / will be asked to provide a driving record
  • Some warehouse experience
  • Strong organizational project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Focus on efficiency, organization, planning, and execution
  • Problem solving & Critical thinking
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Excel or Warehouse Management Software
  • Strong ability to work in a team environment and independently.
  • Task oriented, with a specific focus on efficiency, organization and time management
